We are a commercial legal consultancy providing legal advice and representation in commercial law.  We specialise in all aspects of commercial contracts providing advice, drafting and negotiating.  Our areas of work include B2B transactions involving investments  insurance law, pensions, employment, M&A, agency, outsourcing and procurement.  We also deal with IT contracts including cyber security.   We provide regulatory advice specialising in MiFID II and GDPR.

Our aim is to make legal representation accessible to all, making it easy, quick and affordable.  

Our clients are individuals or SMEs who very often in need of urgent advice or are looking for expert advice for a reasonable fee.
